Step 8
Press the Plastic Caps (B) into the Armrest holes to cover bolts.
NOTE 1: Before using your new chair, ensure that all the bolts are tightened fully
for safety reasons.
NOTE 2: Please keep the enclosed allen key and check all bolts periodically to
ensure these remain tightly fastened.

Align Seat Plate (4) over pre-drilled holes on the underside of the Seat Cushion
Step 2
(6) with front of seat plate facing the front of the seat cushion. Attach the Seat
Plate (4) to Seat Cushion (6) using 4 Bolts (A1) as shown. Tighten all the bolts
with the enclosed Allen Key (C).
Step 3 Insert Levers (4A & 4B) of Seat Plate (4) to the pre-attached cable lever receivers

on the underside of Seat Cushion (6) (with the front of the levers facing the front
of seat cushion). Push down the key on the receivers to pull out the levers.
*Note: Fix the cable for the seat plate into the plastic clips attached to the
bottom of the seat cushion.
