User Guide
Thank you for purchasing the Venom Vertical Charging
Stand. Please read this user guide thoroughly before using
the product and keep the guide safe for further reference.
Inserting your Xbox One S or Xbox One X Console
• To insert the console into the stand, hold it in a vertical
position. Ensure the front of the console is aligned with
the front of the stand (see fig. 1).
• Place the front of the console into the stand first, before
bringing the back of the console down into place (see
fig. 2).
• Plug the USB power cable into a free port on the back of
the console.
Charging Your Xbox One Controllers
• Remove the battery pack cover on the Xbox One
controller, along with any batteries.
• Insert the battery pack into the back of the Xbox One
controller, ensuring it clicks into place.
• Place the Xbox One controller, facing forward, into one
of the two docks, ensuring it clicks into place.
• Turn on the mains power to the Xbox One console.
• When charging the LED indicator will glow red, once
fully charged it will glow green.
• Once fully charged, your Xbox One controller is ready
to use.
Notes
• Charge the battery pack fully before first use.
• Only charge the battery pack while it is inserted into the
Xbox One controller.
• Charge up to two Xbox One controllers at the same
time.
• Do not touch the terminals on the docks or battery pack.
• Ensure the controller is correctly positioned within the
dock to maintain a secure electrical connection.
• Regularly clean the product with a clean dry cloth to
prevent dust and dirt build up, in order to ensure a
secure electrical connection.
• Do not short circuit.
• Do not dispose of the battery pack in fire or leave near a
heat source such as a radiator.
• Never charge devices on bedding or insulating materials
as they may overheat.
Battery Information
Your device is powered by a rechargeable battery. The full
performance of a new battery is achieved only after two
or three complete charge and discharge cycles. Do not
leave a fully charged battery connected to a charger, since
overcharging may shorten its lifetime. Do not dispose of
batteries in a fire as they may explode. Please dispose of
batteries according to local regulations and recycle where
possible. Do not dispose as household waste.
