HOW TO USE YOUR BLENDER
1. Set the base on a flat, stable surface. Put the jar into the base and turn it
counterclockwise to lock it in place. Make sure that the jar is firmly locked in place,
otherwise the safety switch will not activate and the blender will not operate.

2. Pour ingredients into the jar, making sure not to overfill it. (Figure 2)
3. Place the lid onto the jar. (Figure 3)
NOTE: Never operate the blender without the lid in place.
4. Plug the power cord into a standard 120V electrical outlet. Press or hold the pulse
switch to process your ingredients. (Figure 4)
CAUTION: NEVER INSERT HANDS OR UTENSILS INTOTHE JAR WHILE THE BLENDER IS
IN OPERATION.
5. Once you are done mixing, wait until the blades have stopped spinning and then
unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet. Remove the lid if desired; the lid
comes with a drinking spout so it can be left on the jar when serving. (Figure 5)
6. Twist the jar clockwise to remove it from the base. (Figure 6)
