BLENDING TIPS
Do not chop or process hard foods such as cheese, crackers or meat.
A maximum of 12 tablespoons (180ml) of coffee beans can be ground at a time.
If blending action stops during blending or ingredients stick to sides of the jar, turn
blender OFF, remove the lid from the jar, and use a rubber spatula to push mixture
toward blades.
NOTE: TO PREVENT SEVERE PERSONAL INJURY, NEVER INSERT HANDS OR UTENSILS
INTO THE BLENDER WHILE IT IS IN OPERATION.
Do not process hot foods or liquids in blender.
Do not store food or liquids in the blender jar.
Avoid bumping or dropping the blender.
ALWAYS TURN THE BLENDER OFF, WAIT UNTIL THE BLADES HAVE STOPPED
SPINNING, AND UNPLUG THE POWER CORD FROM THE ELECTRICAL OUTLET BEFORE
DISLODGING ANY FOOD ITEMS THAT MAY HAVE GOTTEN STUCK.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
NEVER IMMERSE THE BASE OR THE ELECTRICAL CORD IN WATER OR ANY OTHER LIQUID!
DO NOT USE ANY ABRASIVE SOAPS, DETERGENTS, OR CLEANING
MATERIALS TO CLEAN THIS APPLIANCE
ALWAYS MAKE SURE THE APPLIANCE IS OFF, UNPLUGGED FROM THE ELECTRICAL OUTLET,
AND COMPLETELY COOL BEFORE CLEANING.

Disconnect the blender from the electrical outlet before beginning to clean. (Figure
1)

The jar and lid can be washed in warm soapy water or on the top rack of the
dishwasher using the low setting. (Figure 2)
3.
Wipe the blender base with a damp, soapy cloth or sponge. (Figure 3)
4.
DRY ALL PARTS THOROUGHLY BEFORE REASSEMBLING FOR STORAGE OR FOR USE.
5.
Wrap power cord around the cord storage area at the bottom of the base for easy
and convenient storage of the blender. (Figure 4)
