Slide the SKIRTS (K and L) onto the CORNER BRACKETS (R).

Slide the FEET (T) into the notches in the SIDE SKIRTS (L).

Fasten the SIDE SKIRTS (L) to the BOTTOM (F). Use two

BLACK 9/16" WAFER HEAD SCREWS (HH) through the FEET
and into the BOTTOM.
Now, slide the CORNER CAPS (S) onto the SKIRTS (K and L).
