6 NICAM Function

The device supports the NICAM standard for receiving stereo signals in TV mode.
With NICAM TV broadcasting
1. When receiving stereo audio signals, repeatedly press STEREO/AUDIO on the remote control
to switch between the NICAM Stereo and Mono audio tracks. The following screen appears:
2. When receiving bi-lingual audio signals, repeatedly press the STEREO/AUDIO button on the
remote control to switch between the NICAM I, NICAM II, NICAM I+II and Mono audio tracks.
The following screen appears:
3. When receiving mono audio signals, repeatedly press STEREO/AUDIO on the remote control to
switch between the NICAM Mono and Mono audio tracks. The following screen appears:
With two channel audio TV broadcasting (A2)
1. When receiving stereo audio signals, repeatedly press STEREO/AUDIO on the remote control
to switch between the Stereo and Mono audio tracks. The following screen appears:
2. When receiving bi-lingual audio signals, repeatedly press the STEREO/AUDIO button on the
remote control to switch between I, II and I+II audio tracks. The following screen appears:
3. When receiving mono audio signals, repeatedly press STEREO/AUDIO on the remote control to
activate the Mono audio track. The following screen appears:
