Troubleshooting Problems

Problem
LCD screen ( ) does not turn on.

Solution
Batteries may need to be
replaced. Replace with
three new AAA batteries as
described in "Set Up" section
of this booklet.
Ensure that the water is flowing
into the Water Collection
Area ( ) of the infant tub .

Solution
The water temperature is at
or below 55 °F (13 °C) or the
sensor has malfunctioned.
If the Err Code does not
go away after increasing
the water temperature,
discontinue use and contact
4moms Customer Support.
