Presentation of the Unit
After 15 minutes preheating the hot plate unit provides a constant temperature to
keep warm any dishes for 45 min.
Thanks to a special material alloy, each panel has an optimum heat storing
capacity.
Installation
Your dish warmer needs to be connected to 230 V plug with earth.
Be careful not to connect your unit to an overload plug. It could damage your
installation.

The dish warmers are equiped with :
- A regulation thermostat (0-200°C)
- A red pilot light.

How to use it
To heat up the plates, turn the thermostat to the desired temperature. The pilot
light lights on as soon as the unit is warming. The plates will reach the selected
temperature within 15 min.
Over 15 min, to keep warm the remaining plates, turn the thermostat on
position 7 or 8.
When all plates have been used, we advise you to switch off the unit.
Cleaning
Before cleaning the unit, be sure that it is unplugged and cold. To preserve the
dish warmer new-looking, never use an abrasive sponge or rock wool to clean it.
Never clean your unit with a jet of water because infiltration could damage it.
