HELMET if you are unable to adjust it in a correct way (3.3-3.4).
4.) HEAD LAMP CLIPS
4.1) Mount elastic ribbon into the clips.
4.2) Helmet with head lamp.
5.) Cleaning
Contaminated products can be cleaned with lukewarm water
(optionally with additional neutral soap). Rinse carefully with clear
water. Dry slowly under room temperature – never dry in laundry
dryers, on heating or in direct sun light.
6.) Transport
For transport use a gear bag or a special storage or transport bag.
With this, the product is protected against sun light, chemicals,
contamination and mechanical damage.
7.) Storage
Store the product cool, dry and protected against daylight, outside
transport boxes without mechanical pressure, crushing or tensile
load.
ATTENTION! Avoid contact with chemicals (oils, battery acid ...)!
8.) Life Durance
The life durance of a product is dependent on the type of usage, its
frequency and other external influences. Products made of
chemical fibres experience aging even without use which is
especially dependent on the strength of UV light and climatically
and environmental influences. With frequent use, the abrasion has
to determine, when the product needs to be eliminated. With
infrequent use, the product needs to be eliminated after 6-8 years.
Even under perfect storage condition without use the products
needs to be eliminated after 10 years.
ATTENTION: Because of an extreme burden load, the life durance
of a product can be reduced to a single use (e.g. during a strong fall
impact, fall factor >1). Apply a detailed sight control of the equipment
before and after every use! The product needs to be exchanged if:
• a strong fall occurred (extreme mechanical impact)
• there is a damage of buckles, belt strap or seam construction
diagram (deformation, fluffing, loose filaments and others)
• there was a strong thermal impact, contact or friction heat (visible
melting or melt lines)
• there is irreversible, strong contamination (e.g. contact with
chemicals, bitumen, oils...)
9.) Changes, Repair
Any changes, additions or repairs may not be done by the user but
only by SKYLOTEC; Subject to technical adjustments!
