DESCRIPTION:
The ORBIFOT twilight switch enables an installation to be controlled in function of
light levels.
The ORBIFOT compares the environmental light level with an adjusted value and
activates if it is less than this level. When the light level increases and reaches the
switch-off level, it will deactivate. Both operations have a delay time.
INSTALLATION:
WARNING: Electrical equipment installation and assembly must be carried out by
authorised installers.
This unit is internally protected by a security circuit against interference. However,
certain especially strong magnetic fields could affect its operation; therefore, the unit
must not be installed close to inductive loads (motors and transformers etc).
Don't install expose to sunlight. Over wall or over street lamp, use the special
accessory for this purpose. To guaranty the IP index, tighten the nut of the cable pass
hole properly, and make sure to fix the potentiometer plug properly also.

ADJUSTMENT:
When the environmental light level is that desired to activate the twilight switch, turn
the potentiometer to the left-hand stop. Then slowly turn it back to the right until the
control indicator lamp comes on. The switch-off operation is automatically adjusted.
The twilight switch will perform the switch ON/OFF operations after a delay time. The
purpose of the delay is to prevent activation/deactivation caused by sudden light level
variations (lightning and car headlights etc).
In the event a power cut of more than 20 seconds, the lighting circuit goes on for 25
seconds approximately and independently of the luminous, after this period it will work
normally.
