Electric Pepper Grinder Use instructions
Congratulations on your purchase of the Electric Pepper Grinder. Your Electric Grinder com-
bines an adjustable ceramic grinding mechanism with a battery-powered engine for push-
button effortless dispensing of pepper (or salt). Electric Grinder boasts an ultra-soft non-slip
grip, and a built-in light for low-lit dining ambiances. Please read the following instructions
before first use, and keep them handy for future reference.
To access the battery compartment ,hold the transparent base of the Grinder in one hand,
and with your other hand turn the top black outer case counter clockwise a short distance
until the arrow lines up with the unlocked icon. Please note the short distance between the
locked and the unlocked icon. Do not try to force the white arrow beyond these icons. Fig. 1
To access the pepper chamber, first remove the outer case. Then disconnect the battery
and motor unit from the bottom transparent chamber by holding the chamber with one hand,
and gently detaching the upper unit with your other hand. Reassemble the Grinder by first
attaching the battery and motor unit to the transparent chamber. Then place the black outer
case over the battery compartment so that the white arrow aligns with the unlocked icon.
Turn the outer case clockwise to the locked position. Fig.2
To adjust the grain of your Grinder, first ensure the outer case securely attached to the
bottom chamber and in the locked position. Then turn the Grinder upside down. You will see
an adjustment knob with a +/- indicator. It is recommended that you first turn the knob in
the direction of the "–"indicator (clockwise) until it stops. Then make gradual adjustments to
ward the "+" indicator (counter clockwise), stopping to test the grain until you have reached
your desired grain size. Be careful not to turn the knob more than 6 complete turns to avoid
unscrewing it from the spindle. Fig.3
To clean your Pepper and Salt Grinder, simply wipe the outside case and chamber with a
clean damp cloth and allow it to dry naturally. Do not allow moisture to come in to contact
with the battery compartment and motor, as this may damage the unit and void the warranty.
Do not use abrasive cleaner sand never immerse in water or liquids.

•When adding pepper corns, be careful not to over fill the chamber.
•When using salt ,do not use stone salt or wet sea salt.
•Store in an upright position to avoid rolling or accidently activating the push-button.
•When the Grinder begins to slow down, replace with batteries with 4 new AA batteries.
•Remove the batteries if the Grinder will not be used for a next ended period of time.
•For household indoor use only. Do not operate in extreme temperatures.
•Do not attempt to operate this product if it has been dropped or becomes damaged in any
way.
•Do not attempt to disassemble this product.
•Keep this unit away from dust, oil and moisture.
•This unit is not a toy. Keep away from children.
