Safety Precautions:
I. Installation, inspection and preparation before using
1 ) The operator must have been trained for safe operation of lever block in advance and know the rated load of the lever block and
the lifted weight.
2) All new and repaired lever blocks shall be inspected by trained professionals before being put into service.
3) The design safety factor of the lever block is 4 times of the rated load under static load, and the carrying capacity of the support for
installing the lever block must match with this, while firm and stable.
4) The safety factors of the wire ropes and chains for hanging and bundling shall not be lower than 6.
5) When the new lever block is used for the first time, it should be lifted and lowered several times during light load (such as 10%
ratedload) to check the braking performance of the lever block to prevent it from slipping.
6) Every operator on duty must check the wear, tear and deformation of the parts of the lever block and the hanging support as well
as the tightness of each fastener before using, so as to confirm that there is no defect impacting strength, performance and use.
7) Smooth the lifting chain, which must be hung vertically without twisting and knotting, and the lower hook assembly of the dou
ble-chain lever block must not be flipped.
8) The lever block shall be raised or lowered for several times each time before using. The parts shall operate normally, the lifting
chain must not be blocked or jammed, and there is no abnormal sound during the operation.
II. Rules for Safe Operation
1 ) The lifted weight shall not exceed the rated lifting capacity of the lever block. Do not pull the weight horizontally or obliquely. It is
prohibited to lift weights buried in the ground or bonded on the ground.
2) The hook shall be on the vertical line of the weight so as to prevent the weight from tilting and flipping.
3) It is prohibited to buckle the lower hook back to the lifting chain when lifting weights, and not allowed to hang weights with the tip
of hook.
4) Test should be taken before operation. The lifting can only continue if the operation is normal and the brake reliable when the
weight is lifted off the ground.
5) When lifting weights, the operator must neither stand on the weights, nor leave with the weights hanging in the air.
6) No one is allowed to work or walk under the weights when the weights are lifted.
7) It is now allowed to lift weights in non-manual ways.
8) During lifting, the operator must apply force gently when pulling the chain. If the chain does not move or the pulling force exceeds
the normal force, do not yank or add persons, but stop using immediately (unload if necessary), and check whether the weight
is connected with other objects, the weight exceeds the rated lifting capacity, or the parts of the lever block are damaged.
9) It is prohibited to repair and disassemble the lever block with load. If the lever block fails during operation, it must be unloaded be
fore being repaired.
10) The lifting and lowering distance of the weights shall not exceed the specified lifting height, so as to prevent damage of the parts.
11) It is prohibited to lift weights with two or more lever blocks together.
Caution:
The manufacturer shall bear no responsibility if any of the above rules of use are violated
