Usage (Xbox® One)
To use the STINGER Gaming Headset with Xbox® One, you will need
the Xbox One adapter (sold separately) that plugs into the Xbox® .
Because this adapter has built-in volume controls, you can connect the
headset directly to the Xbox One controller.

Frequently asked questions
1. When playing music by headset , there is accompaniment but no
singing?
A) Check that the USB connector is not removed and try to push it gently
until it stops.
2. When playing music with headset, there is sound but the voice
chatting can't work?
A) Check the headphone input connection of the external device (in case
of PC check the USB connection is properly connected) and turn up
the microphone volume from the volume control. If the regulator is at
the minimum, you can not transmit your voice.
B) If you can not hear or hear your voice on a PC, check that the USB
connector is properly connected. If you do not receive any signal,
change the USB port. It is recommended to plug the USB into the rear
ports of the PC.
3. When playing music with the headset, there arises the phenome-
non of noise, small volume, unclear sound, or one side with
sound and the other side without sound?
A) Check if it is properly connected and the USB connector is not a bit out.
B) It is possible that your equipment has a standard interface (OMTP) and
you need an adapter.
4. When using the headset, there is current sound?
A) It is possible that a foreign device may be provoking them as is the
case of a mobile phone or a microwave. Check your surroundings and
stay away from them.
B) If the voice is transmitted with a lot of interference, check if the
microphone of your PC has activated the microphone echo cancella-
tion and noise suppression function. To activate it go to Control Panel
- Sounds - Record - select Microphone - VoizReal Exp and activate
noise suppression and noise cancellation.
