lactobacillus or pure yogurt
Recipe b: packaged milk without bacteria
+ lactobacillus or pure yogurt
Recipe c: milk made from milk powder +
lactobacillus or pure yogurt
Recipe d: soybean milk (boiled) +
lactobacillus or pure yogurt
Tips:
1. Lactobacillus is the best choice, pure
yogurt is second.
2. If you use milk made from milk powder, it
must be filtered. If you use soybean milk,
it is important that this be boiled. Any
boiled milk must be cooled to equal or less
than 40°C.

all of your ingredients.
4. Refer to the package instructions for the
quantities of lactobacillus, milk powder
and water to be used.
TO USE
1. To make yogurt according to "recipe a"
from the above section. Measure 1200ml
(6 glass bottles) of market milk or fresh,
pasteurized milk (it can be either full
cream, skimmed or low-fat milk).

milk (if using lactobacillus, the proportion
of lactobacillus and fresh milk is 1:500),

will take about eight hours. You must note
down the relevant operation time. Once
the yogurt is made, remove the cover and
place the glass bottles in the refrigerator
to cool.
THE YOGURT MAKER SHOULD REMAIN
PERFECTLY STILL DURING THE
MATURING PROCESS. DO NOT MOVE
THE APPLIANCE OR REMOVE ANY GLASS
BOTTLES AS THIS WILL AFFECT THE
FIRMNESS OF THE YOGURT.
TO SERVE
Once the yogurt has cooled down, it can
be served with natural flavour or add some
honey or sugar to sweeten the yogurt or
add your selected fruit toppings. Everyone
can add their favourite flavour to suit their
individual taste.
OPERATION TIPS
1. After fermenting, if any odour is produced,
it means the milk or another ingredient
may be polluted, the yogurt must be
discarded.
2. If the yogurt has a yellow and white luster
and has a form of "bean curd jelly", it
means the yogurt is perfect.
3. If the operation time is too long, it will
produce separation (yellow liquid), the
taste is very acidic, this is quite normal
and the liquid can be separated before
serving. The yellow liquid is rich in
lactobacillus and vitamin B.
4. A serving of yogurt made from full-cream
milk or fresh milk is suitable for growing
children. Overweight children should use
low-fat milk.

yogurt maker will not be used, always
unplug it.
