• Use clamps or another practical way to secure and support the work piece to a stable platform. Holding the work by
hand or against your body is unstable and may lead to a loss of control.
• Maintain / clean power tools with care
• Use only accessories that are recommended by the manufacturer for your model. Accessories that may be suitable for
one power tool may create a risk of injury when used on another power tool.
ASSEMBLY
ATTACHING THE DESIRED SOLE-PLATE
Locate the Sole-plate on the lugs on the bottom
of the sander, push firmly to ensure the sole-plate
is correctly in place.
IMPORTANT!
The round sole-plate is held solely by the retaining
bolt & washer
FITTING THE APPROPRIATE SANDING PAD
Select the appropriate sanding pad, shape & grit, align the
extraction holes in pads with the sole-plate (Use coarse for
heavy sanding and fine for light finishing sanding).
IMPORTANT!
Only use the correct shaped sanding pads for the sole-plate
fitted.
FIT THE RETAINING BOLT & WASHER
Locate the retaining bolt & washer by hand then tighten the
retaining bolt securely with an allen key.
IMPORTANT!
Ensure you locate the bolt in the threads by hand soas not to
cross thread or damage the bolt threads.
FITTING THE DUST ADAPTOR & BAG
Place the dust bag adapter on to the port at the back of
the sander, then slide the bag over the top of the dust bag
adaptar and locate securely in the groove around the dust
bag adapter
IMPORTANT!
Do not use to sand anything containing asbestos
