The coldest zone
NOTE: The arrangement of the drawers, bins and shelves presented in the description
of the appliance is designed to ensure that energy is used as efficiently as possible.
unpacking
Remove the transport packaging. Check that the appliance has not been damaged

during transport. Do not plug in a damaged appliance under any circumstances! If the
appliance is damaged, please contact your retailer.
Remove all the adhesive tape and packaging materials on the inside and outside of
•
the appliance.
Before first use
Clean the inside of the appliance with warm water mixed with a little white vinegar. Do
•
not use soap or detergent as the odour may persist. After cleaning, dry the appliance
completely.
set-up
Place of installation
Place your appliance on a stable, level surface. Your appliance will be heavy once
•
loaded with food: it must therefore be placed on a solid and resistant floor.
The appliance must be installed in a dry, well-ventilated room at room temperature
•
(see the climate class table on the next page).
The appliance must not be exposed to direct sunlight.

The appliance must not be exposed to rain.
•
The appliance must not be installed next to a radiator, a stove or any other heat source.

The symbol opposite indicates the location of the coldest area of your
refrigerator where the temperature is 4°C or less.
This zone is located above the fruit and vegetable bin as shown in the
diagram above.
