Alarm modes
If you press the ALARM button in normal mode, you can set the upper alarm
value. If you press the ALARM button again, the lower alarm value can be set.
If you press the ALARM button a third time, the unit returns to normal mode.
Note: After pressing the ALARM button for the first time, the screen
displays the upper and lower alarm values. The alarm value is only
displayed for those alarms that have already been set and activated. If no
values have been activated yet, the screen will display „- -" instead.
In the upper alarm setting, pressing the SET button allows you to select from
the various alarm modes.
Press the + or MIN/MAX button to change the set alarm value. Press and
hold the + or MIN/MAX buttons to change the digits in larger increments.
Press the Alarm button to turn the alarm on or off (if the alarm has been
activated, the corresponding icon on the screen will light to indicate that
the alarm has been activated).
To select the different alarm modes, press and hold the SET button until
the desired mode is reached.
To return to the normal mode, either press the HISTORY button or do not
make any setting for about 30 seconds.
To turn off the alarm
When a maximum or minimum maximum value is reached, the alarm sounds
for approximately 120 seconds and the screen flashes. You can press any key
to mute the alarm. If the same alarm is reactivated within 3 hours, no beep will
sound but the screen will flash until weather conditions have stabilized. This
prevents an alarm from beeping constantly. As soon as the value falls below/
exceeds the set alarm value again, the alarm is automatically reactivated.
