Do not allow invalids, persons who are in-
sensitive to heat, or small children to use
the heating pad.
This appliance is not intended for use by
persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or
lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or in-
struction concerning use of the appliance by
a person responsible for their safety.
Keep children away from the appliance.
Children should be supervised to ensure
that they do not play with the appliance.
Children may only use the appliance if a
parent or guardian has set the thermostat or
if the child has received appropriate instruc-
tion on how to use the thermostat safely.
Danger of overheating!

The heating pad should not be operated
without supervision. Switch it off before
leaving the room. Do not cover the
thermostat.
In order to ensure that the thermostat oper-
ates correctly, it should not be placed on or
underneath the heating pad, or covered with
other objects.
Do not wrap the power cord around the
thermostat.
Continuous use at high heat output can re-
sult in burns to the skin.

Using the heating pad
Insert the heating element 3 into the

pocket that is located on the inside of the
fabric cover 1 and that can be closed with
press studs. Now insert the filler cushion
2 into the fabric cover 1 and ensure that
the thermostat with the power cord 5 re-
mains outside of the fabric cover 1.
Verify that the connection 4 is securely
►
locked together with the connection of the
thermostat 5.
Close the press studs and zip.

Connect the plug of the thermostat 5 to
►
the socket.
Set the required temperature level on the
►
thermostat 5.
Important: For continuous operation, we
recommend setting the thermostat 5 to the
first level.

Risk of burns

During use, ensure that some air can circu-
late between the heating element 3 and the
skin. Never use the heating element 3 with-
out the corresponding fabric cover 1.
