1 GENERAL INFORMATION

1.1 TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY

The general warranty is not granted in the case of:
Improper storage of the machine

Inconvenience due to incorrect installation
·
Use by unskilled people
·
Failure to observe the performance limits
·
Excessive mechanical stress
·
Use not conform to the intended use
·
The user shall be instructed to ensure that:
All transport, connection, use, maintenance and repair operations are carried out by qualified personnel.

Qualified personnel means (as per IEC 364) the personnel who has training, education, experience, and knows
·
the standards, regulations, safety measures and conditions of use and service, and thus is able to carry out any
necessary intervention avoiding possible dangers and/or damages.
The staff shall have all appropriate instructions and information available, including any local requirements, and
·
shall comply with them for carrying out any operation.
Any operation, even indirect, on machines and devices, is denied to unqualified personnel
·
Any local or particular requirements and/or, in any case, any unfulfilled preventive conditions are met during
·
installation, by means of additional protection measures.
It is absolutely necessary to know the meaning of hazard signs and to ensure that messages are readable; in
·
case of deterioration, these signs must be replaced immediately, restricting the use of the machine as long
as it is not equipped with; it is recommended to follow the warnings written on the signs.

1.2 PROTECTIVE CLOTHING

When using the machine, it is mandatory to wear:
SAFETY GLOVES
SAFETY SHOES

1.6 MACHINE DESCRIPTION

The machine has been designed and built for processing motion transmission rods for Eurogroove (CE) in Polyamide
(article Master code 2010.2) and groove R (R40) in Polyamide (article Master code 2010.1).
Mechanical rod feeding and shearing movements are manual.
The basic functions of the machine are 3:

Power is exclusively pneumatic.
