FITTING KIT CONTENTS
LD001/B locking device (fitted to L-Brackets)
1 LK001/S Key
1 D008/B Subframe
2 M6 x 25 bolts (black or bright zp)
2 M8 x 22 x 3.0 flat washers (bright zp)
2 M6 x 19 x 3.0 flat washers (black or bright zp)
2 M8 x 16 bolts (black or bright zp)
2 M6 Nyloc nuts (black or bright zp)
2 M8 Spring washers (black or bright zp)
4 M6 x 19 x 1.4 flat washers (black or bright zp)
6 M8 x 17 x 1.4 flat washers (black or bright zp)
Warning
When using a pack facing rearwards it must be
supported by the carrier position of the pack rack. The
carrier of the pack rack must be fitted facing the rear.
Failure to comply can result in irreparable damage to
the pack or its contents.
FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
1 Open rear body.
2 Remove the pillion footrest castings.

3 Remove the exhaust heat shield plates on the right hand
side, the tail pipe retaining springs, the muffler mounting
to frame bolts, and the central rear clamp bolt. Remove
both muffler/tailpipe assemblies.
4 Remove the mudguard to frame mounting bolts and
lower the mudguard to rest on the rear wheel. Remove
and discard the rear rubber insert nuts from the
mountings, and replace with one M6 x 19 x 3 flat washer
into each mounting on the frame.
5 The 'U' shaped subframe supplied mounts across the
rear (with the tube uppermost) between the mudguard
and the frame. Place one M6 x 19 flat washer on top of
the rear mudguard mounting inserts, raise the mudguard
and bolt through the subframe brackets to the frame
mounting with the M6 x 25 bolts, and M6 x 19 flat
washers, securing at the top with the M6 Nyloc nuts.
Leave loose.
