A range of various style packs for the 'Aerodynamic' systems,
along with storm covers and optional shoulder straps (where
applicable) are available.

LD001/B locking device (fitted to L-Brackets)
1 LK001/S Key
1 H099/B Crossmember
2 M6 x 12.5 x 1.2 flat washers (black zp)
2 M6 x 60 Allenhead bolts (black zp)
2 M6 Spring washers (black zp)
2 M8 x 80 Allenhead bolts (black zp)
2 M8 Spring washers (black zp)
2 Part # 38 tube spacers (black zp)
2 Part # 379 'U' brackets (black zp)
2 41mm pieces of 18mm foam tape
6 M8 x 17.0 x 1.4 flat washers (black zp)
FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
1 Remove rear side covers and seat.
2 Remove and discard the two lower rear subframe
mounting bolts.
3 Remove and retain all other rear subframe mounting
bolts and lower subframe from beneath the rear
mudguard.
4 Take part # 379 'U' bracket and 41mm piece of foam
tape, remove backing strip and use tape to line the
inside of the 'U' bracket between the holes.
5 Fit # 379 'U' brackets over subframe on each side behind
the crossbrace and in front of the indicators with the
ends of the 'U' brackets facing down.

1. Part # 379 'U' bracket
2. Part # 38 tube spacer
6 Refit subframe replacing all the bolts apart from the two
lower ones.
7 The front L-Bracket tubular mount is secured to the lower
subframe mounts using the M6 x 60 Allenhead bolts and
M6 spring washers provided with the M6 x 12.5 x 1.2 flat
washers inserted between the tubular mount and frame.
Leave loose.
8 The rear L-Brackets, with the H099/B crossmember
fitted between the two 'U' brackets (bend facing up) to
connect both sides, and all being secured by the M8 x 80
Allenhead bolts and M8 spring washers, with the Part #
38 tube spacer inserted inside the 'U' bracket. Leave
loose.
NOTE: Additional washers have been supplied to adjust width if
necessary.
