(example: butt-connectors, bell caps, etc.)
CAUTION: Metra recommends disconnecting the
negative battery terminal before beginning any
installation. All accessories, switches, and especially
air bag indicator lights must be plugged in before
reconnecting the battery or cycling the ignition.
NOTE: Refer to the instructions included with the
aftermarket radio.

TYTO-01 Connections to be made Applications Lexus ToyoTa From the 16-pin harness, to the aftermarket radio: 4-Runner ES330 2004-2006 • Connect the White wire to the left front positive speaker. 2003-up (excludes Urban Runner) ES300 2002-2003 Avalon 2005-up • Connect the White/Black wire to the left front negative speaker. IS300 2002-2005 Camry 2007-up LS430 2001-2006 • Connect the Gray wire to the right front positive speaker. Corolla 2005-2011 RX330 2004-2006 FJ Cruiser 2011-up • Connect the Gray/Black wire to the right front negative speaker. - Página 3 TYTO-01 Installing the TYTO-01 Connections to be made From the 20-pin harness, to the aftermarket radio: • With all connections completed to the aftermarket radio, plug the 20-pin harness into the vehicles wiring harness. • Connect the yellow wire to the 12-volt battery/memory wire. • Reconnect the negative battery terminal. • Connect the Black wire to the ground wire. • Cycle the key, by turning the ignition on for 30 seconds. Then off and on again • Connect the Red wire to the accessory/ignition wire. to test the radio. • Connect the orange wire to the illumination wire. Note: If the aftermarket radio does not have an illumination wire, tape up and disregard the orange wire. Testing the TYTO-01 • Connect the 14-pin harness to the TYTO-01. • Turn the ignition on if not already, and then turn the radio on to verify that the radio works. Check balance and fader controls for proper operation.
