Using herbs:
The device can be used with herbs. Remove the cap of the water container and put a small bag of herbs into the metal
container, which should be placed in a plastic basket:

Use only herbs in bags (no loose herbs); put the bag in the metal container
and then in the plastic basket. Never put loose herbs into the water container.

Never pour water through the plastic basket that contains herbs in the metal
container. When refilling the container with water, remove the metal container
with herbs. WARNING! Never pour fragrance oils into the metal container!

After use, always empty the water container.

Using fragrance oils:
The device can also be used with fragrance oils. Open the flap on the tip of the steam arm and remove the silicone element
with felt liner. Pour a few drops of fragrance oil on the felt liner:
After use, remove the felt liner and rinse it under running water.
Never pour fragrance oils directly into the water container!

TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

When transporting the device, avoid shaking it, dropping it and turning it upside down. Store it in a cool, dry place, free of
any corrosive gas.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Unplug the device before cleaning.
• Use mild, non-corrosive detergent.
• After each use, remove the herb bag and rinse both the plastic basket and the water container with water.
• After each use, remove the felt liner and rinse it with water.
• Regularly descale both the water container and the heater, using a regular descaling detergent (for electric kettles,
coffee machines, etc).
• Let the device dry before using it again.
• Store the device in a dry, cool place, free from moisture and direct sunlight.

• If the ozone function does not work, check the starter. If the starter is damaged, it should be replaced with new one
with the same technical parameters as the original (4-65 W).
• If the device does not work after turning on, check the fuse. If the fuse is blown, it should be replaced with new one
with the same technical parameters as the original (10 A).

Regularly ensure that the device is in good condition. Should it be damaged, please stop using it immediately and contact
your customer service to solve the problem.
What to do in case of problem?
Please contact your customer service and prepare the following information:
• Invoice number and serial number (the latter is to be found on the technical plate on the device).
• If relevant, a picture of the damaged, broken or defective part.
• It will be easier for your customer service advisor to identify the source of the problem if you give a detailed and
precise description of the matter.
The more details you give, the quicker the customer service will be able to solve your problem!
