Zero gap tool with screwdriver
Step 1 – Before placing the adjust-
ment tool on to the blade, use the
screwdriver provided to loosen
the tension screws, without remo-
ving them completely from the
blade holder.
Step 2 – Place the zero gap tool on
to the bottom of the blade.
Step 3 – Push the zero gap tool up,
so the moving blade sits closely
with the top of the fixed blade.
IMPORTANT! Be sure the blades
are aligned properly. The teeth of
the smaller blade (cutter) should
rest slightly below the upper edge
of the larger blade.
Step 4 – Using the screwdriver,
tighten the tension screws to hold
the blade in place.
Step 5 – Remove the zero gap
tool from the blade by pushing it
gently down.
MAINTENANCE
Because the trimmer's blades are
precision-made for a very spe-
cial use, they should always be
handled with care and cleaned
regularly to ensure maximum per-
formance.
Each time you finish using the
trimmer, take the cleaning brush
provided and brush away any
loose hair that has collected in the
blades.
Remove hair trimmings and debris
from the blades using the provi-
ded cleaning brush. Wipe the hou-
sing clean with a dry cloth.
