RESET
Due to the internal devices overheating, the Sous-vide Tower can stop working.
Let it cool for a few moments, open the lid located at the front part of the device and press the
"reset" button to reset the machine.
1.- Before proceeding with the cleaning, make sure that the device is unplugged and room
temperature.
2.- For the cleaning do not use abrasive products or metallic pads that can damage the surface
3.- For long periods of not being used, store the unit in a place free of humidity and well
ventilated.
4.- Avoid re-using the water of the recipient for several cycles. Some mineral substances can stick
to the internal devices of the article.
5.- When the pump starts to reduce its performance, remove the filter located on the back of the
item and clean it with water and vinegar to eliminate residual lime and impurities that could be
produced during use.
6.- We recommend cleaning these parts every 100 working hours.
