CLEANING / MAINTENANCE
1.- Before starting to clean the grinder unplug it and turn it off.
2.- Never use abrasive or chemical products. Do not use a brush or other utensil that can
damage one of the parts or surfaces of the grinder.
3.- Use a damp cloth to clean the outside of the grinder.
4.- Do not touch the blades with your hands because they are extremely sharp. Use a spoon
(image 1) to clean out the larger bits.
Clean the inside with a brush to remove dust from grinding coffee (image 2).
5.- Do not submerge the grinder in water, it is not waterproof.
6.- Warnings for cleaning the blades:
a.- Use safety gloves while cleaning
b.- Do not touch the edges of the blades
c.- Cleaning the blades is dangerous, be careful and exercise caution
7.- Keep the blades from oxidising
a.- Clean and dry the blades before storing the grinder.
b.- Wipe down the edges of the blades with a little cooking oil.
