to comply with european Directive 2002/96/eC concerning old electric and electronic
equipments and its implementations in national laws, old electric tools have to be sepa-
rated from other waste and disposed of in an environment-friendly way, e�g� by taking it to
a recycling depot�

the holder of an item of household electrical and electronic equipment, at the time of
deciding to discard it, may bring it free of charge to the public collection facility ("CdR")
of his own local council or to the shop (dealer) if the equipment is being replaced through
the purchase of a new equivalent product�

each user of electrical and electronic equipment must contribute to the protection of the
environment by behaving responsibly�
•
In the case of illegal disposal of the waste the penalties established by the municipal
administration are applied�
this does not apply to the accessories and auxiliary equipment without any electrical compo-
nents which are included with the used device�
