Tips for ready-made bags or rolls (foil sleeve):
1. aximum width: 32 mm
2. Use only ready-made bags (open on one side) or foil rolls in the form of a sleeve (open on both sides) inteded to vacuum sealing.

USE OF THE DEVICE

In order to obtain hermetic welding, the foil should be clean, dry and free of creases in the welding zone.
Preparation of a bag from a roll of foil sleeve (open on both sides):
1) Insert the roll with the foil sleeve into the container (17) so that the film protrudes around 10 cm.
2) Mount the container with the roller on the hooks on the back of the housing.
3) Open the welding machine cover by pressing the BOTH HANDS two buttons (4).
4) Push the protruding foil between the lid hinges.
5) Lift the strip to cut the sleeve (15). Depending on the size of the products, cut the required length of the bag by moving the knife
holder (16).
6) Seal one side of the cut sleeve forming the bag:
a). Place the cut foil sleeve on the suction surface (6) so that it does not protrude behind the nozzles (10) as shown in the f
igure (D2.)
b). Close the lid by pressing BOTH HANDS (figure E) to hear the "click" sound and press the button (2), which will
automatically turn off after welding is completed.
c). Open the welding machine cover by pressing BOTH HANDS both buttons (4).
I. Extraction and welding
1. Put the items in the bag. Place the other side on the suction surface (6). Close the cover by BOTH HANDS pressing (Fig. E) to hear
the "click" sound.
2. By pressing the button select the type of product (1):
* Dry - dry
* Moist - moist
3. Press the button (13) to set the speed of the air suction:
* Normal - normal speed
* Gentle - low speed (gentle)
4. Press the button (3) to start air suction and vacuum welding. The button will automatically turn off when welding is finished.
5. Disconnect the left and then the right lid opening buttons (4) first and lift the cover.
II. Extraction of air from external vacuum containers / bags
The set includes a tube and two nozzles (14) for sucking air from vacuum containers (Fig. C).
1. Choose the right size tip and put on the tube (14)
2. Connect the container (not included) with the suction nozzle (10) using the tube (14).
3. Press and hold button (11) continuously until you find that the vacuum is sufficient (Figure C).
4. Take your finger off the button (11), disconnect the device and the external vacuum container.
NOTE: when extracting air from external vacuum containers, do not close the cover to avoid deformation of the gasket (9).

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

1. Before cleaning, make sure that the device is connected to power.
2. During cleaning, never immerse the appliance in water, only wipe it with a damp cloth.
