Open the cargo carrier and raise the upright on each end into the locked
position on the front and back. Be sure to use the closest upright and position it
into the closest bracket to open side.

Knobs
Thread two knobs (B) evenly and loosely - do not tighten all the way at this
point. Repeat steps until all 4 mounting brackets (A), all 4 mounting plates
(C) are in place and the 8 knobs (B) are loosely in place. Make sure cargo
carrier is centered on vehicle. Then tighten all 8 knobs evenly and securely.
