1. Plug the power plug into the wall socket.
2. Open the lid of the tea maker. Use the teapot (3) to pour the
desired quantity of water (0,4 – 1 L) into the water tank (1).
Pour the water slowly, making sure that all water flows into the
tank. Closing the lid too soon will lock the valve and the
remaining water cannot enter the tank. Close the lid so that it
locks into place.
3. Remove the filter pot (2).
4. Place the funnel (9) onto the filter (8). This makes it easier to
add the tea. Place the desired amount of tea in the filter (8).
Use the quantity recommended by the tea manufacturer.
Remove the funnel (9). Close the lid ans insert the filter pot (2).
5. Close the lid of the teapot (3) and place it on the warming plate
(6).
6. Use the timer (7) to set the desired brewing time (2 -16
minutes).
Do not change the time while the tea is brewing.
Tea leaves absorb water, reducing the yield by about
½ - 1 cup.
Brewing times are approximate, with a tolerance of about
+/-20-30 sec.
7. Now switch on(4) the appliance. The red LED (5) will light up.
8. The water boils.
9. After a few minutes the water will flow into the filter pot (2).
10. The warming plate (6) will warm-up the teapot (3) for two
minutes. At the end of the brewing time the tea flows into the
teapot (3).
11. The LED (5) turns from red to green.
12. The tea now is brewed, the warming plate (6) keeps it warm up
to one hour.
13. Wait 1-2 minutes before serving the tea to allow the aroma to
develop.
14. Now you can enjoy your tea.
