You may mix and match your favorite ingredients to make delicious and nutritious
smoothies to drink throughout your day or to take with you. Add your ingredients
to the bottle, attach the blade assembly securely to the bottle, turn it upside down
and blend using the pulse option or the hands-free option for anywhere from 20 to
45 seconds or until your ingredients are blended to the desired consistency.

Anti-Stress Smoothie
1 cup vanilla soymilk
1 banana, sliced
¾ cup frozen blueberries
½ cup vanilla frozen yogurt
Morning Berry Smoothie
1 cup milk
¼ teaspoon vanilla
¼ cup old fashioned oats
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 container (6 ounces) plain yogurt
1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
Berry Banana Smoothie
1 cup vanilla, plain, strawberry or raspberry yogurt
½ cup round oat cereal
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed or flaxseed meal (optional)
½ cup fresh or frozen strawberry halves or raspberries
½ cup milk
½ banana, sliced
1 to 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
Mango Smoothie
1 mango, seed removed, peeled and chopped (approx. 1 cup) or 1 cup frozen
mango pieces
1 cup mango or orange sorbet
1 container (6 ounces) vanilla or plain yogurt
¾ cup milk
