6 Handling/Operation
6.1 Set-up/Assembly
Make sure that there is enough space at the assembly area for a proper use and
maintenance.
Carry the appliance exclusively lifting it at the bottom side.
Do not assemble the appliance near heat sources (heating appliances, stoves or
other).
Make sure that the air circulation area on the engine is not covered.
Carry the appliance exclusively horizontally.
To level unevenesses in the assembly area:
Screw the appliance feet in or unscrew them.

6.2 First use

First cleaning
Clean the appliance before connecting it to the the mains (see Cleaning).
Connect the appliance
Life danger due to mains voltage!

When connecting the appliance to a socket without ground wire:
Insert the plug in the socket.
The installation of the appliance is completed.

Make sure that the voltage and frequency of the mains correspond
to the values specified in the rating plate.
Connect the line cord exclusively to a socket with ground wire.
Do not use an extension cable or a multiple socket adapter to con-
nect the appliance.
Make sure that the line cord is not damaged.
Ask qualified personnel to install the appliance.
