CHANGING OIL
NOTICE:
For best performance and longest life,
replace the complete fluid supply at least once per
year.
1. With saddle fully lowered, remove oil filler screw.
2. Lay the jack on its side and drain the fluid into a
suitable container.
NOTICE:
Dispose of hydraulic fluid in accordance
with local environmental regulations.
3. Set jack in its level position. Fill reserve with 2-1/2
quarts of premium hydraulic jack oil. Reinstall oil
filler screw.
4. Perform Venting trapped air procedure.
LUBRICATION
1. When used on a daily basis, lubricate air motor (for
Air Model) before use. Use Dayton lubricating oil
4ZF22. If no air line oiler is used, run a 1/2
teaspoon of oil thru the air motor. Oil can be
squirted or poured into the hose connection nearest
the air supply connection, then simply run the jack.
2. Add lubricating oil to all pivoting sections every 3
months.

Should this product fail to perform satisfactorily due to a defect or poor workmanship within ONE YEAR from the
date of purchase, return it to the place of purchase and it will be replaced, free of charge. Incidental or consequential
damages are excluded from this warranty.

RUST PREVENTION
1. Check ram and piston periodically for signs of
corrosion. Clean as needed with a clean, oil soaked
rag.
2. When not in use, store jack with saddle and piston
fully retracted.
