resume normal operation press and
release switch (5) again.
LED WORK AREA LIGHT
The machine is equipped with LED light (7) to illuminate
the work area and improve visibility when drilling in areas
with insufficient light. To turn the LED light on press the
trigger of switch (5). LED light will automatically turn off 5
seconds after releasing the trigger of switch (5).
Electronic control may turn off the excessively overload-
ed machine in order to protect it. This mode is signalled
by blinking LED work area light (7). The power tool can
be used for its intended purpose after switching it on
again.
REVERSING (Fig.3)
The extreme position of lever (6) to the right (viewed from
the rear) is equivalent to anti-clockwise rotation, the ex-
treme position to the left - to clockwise rotation. When
the ON/OFF switch (5) is depressed lever (6) can not be
actuated.
WARNING: Reversing can be performed only
when the spindle is not rotating!
The direction of rotation of the chuck is blocked in cen-
tral (neutral) position (A) of forward/reverse switch (6).
This position shall be used during transport, replacing
the tool, fitting and removing the auxiliary handle (12).

Original instructions
SWITCHING ON - SWITCHING OFF
Switching on: press ON/OFF switch (5).
Switching off: release ON/OFF switch (5).
The power tool is equipped with a brake. The spindle
stops rotating immediately after releasing the switch le-
ver.
SMOOTH ELECTRONIC RPM CONTROL
Light pressure on ON/OFF trigger switch (5) results in
low rotation speed, further pressing the switch results in
smooth increase of the rpm to maximum upon reaching
the extreme position.
ADJUSTING THE TORQUE (Fig.4)
Rotate the torque adjustment collar (2) to one of its 25
settings to adjust the torque.
The range of 25 torque settings enables better control
when using the drill as a screwdriver thus preventing
over-tightening of the screws.
The larger the number on the torque adjustment collar
(2), the higher the torque.

Screwdriving
Set the torque adjustment collar (2) against one
of 25 positions.
Select low setting range for working with small
screws or in soft materials.
Select high setting range for working with large
screws or in hard materials.
Drilling
Set the torque adjustment collar (2) against this
symbol to choose drilling in metal, wood, etc.
The power tool is equipped with an electric
brake. The spindle stops rotation immediately
after the switch trigger has been released. At
overloading in drilling mode release the switch
immediately to prevent prolonged overloading
and overheating the motor.
Impact drilling (RS 18Li PP)
Set the torque adjustment collar (2) against this
