1.
Place the sump (52) on the ground and ensure it is level (see FIG. 1, sump). Take the grid out to enable
assembly of other parts.
2.
Secure the sump to the ground using heavy duty screws (29) (see FIG. 2 „securing the cage to the
ground).
3.
Screw the right and left side frames (1) to the sump using hexagonal screws (54, 55, 56, 57), (see FIG.
3 „putting the cage and the sump together").
4.
Screw the centre support (9) to the inside of the sump at the back using sunken head screws (53, 56,
57), (see FIG. 4 „unit Y").

The rear panel (7) should be screwed in place using hexagonal screws (22, 23, 24), it should overlap
the side frames on the right and the left and the centre support at the back.

Screw the two part front roof brace (4 and 6) in place using round head screws (5 and 5.1). Screw the
front roof brace (4 and 6) to the side frames using hex-
agonal screws (22, 23, 24) (see FIG. 5 „securing the front
roof brace in place).
Fit the 4 roof sheet metal elements (14) on top of the cage
in such a way, that they overlap themselves evenly. The
outside upper crimpings must seize over the side frames
(1) and the lower crimpings have to rest on the front roof
brace and the rear panel. The roof overhang shall amount
to approx. 500 mm in front and approx. 50 mm in the
back. Secure the roof panel to the roof brace and the rear
panel using self drilling screws (15).
Secure the U channels (14.1 and 14.2) to the edge of the
roof at the front using self drilling screws (15). It may be
screwed only into the lower crimpings of the trapezoidal sheet metal.. It may be screwed only into the
upper crimpings of the trapezoidal sheet metal.

Place the mortise lock (16) on the container and screw it in place using self-tapping screws (20). Put the
profile half cylinder (17) on the lock, then add on the protective plate (17), plastic plugs (21) and the
door handle (18). Secure the protective plate in place using sunken head screws (20) (see FIG. 7
„lock").

Put the bolt (43) on the door (3) using sunken head screws (20) (see FIG. 8 „door").
9.
Put the doors on the container. First put door (3) on followed by door (2). Tap the steel pin (13) into the
top part of the hinge and hang the door on the container. Tap the smaller pin (12) into the bottom of the
hinge. Finally adjust the position of the door by tightening the screws on the hinges and the bolt or if
necessary push the side frames slightly to align them with the door.
10. Place the grid (50) on the sump.
11. Check that all the screws have been tightened.
12. Stick the following signs on a board (47) on door (2), „smoking and open flame prohibited" and „no ac-
cess to unauthorised personnel" (45 and 46).
