RSM Firmware Upgrades Notice
•
Radio checks the Remote Speaker Microphone (RSM) firmware version automatically after power
up.
•
Older RSM firmware is upgraded automatically through the radio.
•
RSM firmware upgrade process takes less than 20 seconds to complete.
•
During firmware update, all buttons except Push-to-Talk (PTT) will not function and RSM power up
lights may blink.
•
Turning off the power up light indicates the RSM enters a normal operation mode.
