Initial adjustments

During operation, the PTO speed must remain
constant at 540 RPM.
Therefore, there is need for finding out which
engine speed provides 540 RPM at the PTO.
There are four possibilities to do that:
- Check for a possible indication in the tachometer (RPM counter) of the tractor;
- Check whether some decal of the tractor has such information;
- Refer to your tractor's manual;
- If the doubt remains, use a tachometer directly in the PTO shaft.

Operation

Before starting operation with the machine, check:
If there are no objects or tools within the feeding nozzle or housing of the rotor.
If the machine is properly attached.
If the housing cover of the machine is closed and locked by the handles.
Only allow the operation of this machine operators trained and knowledgeable of the
appropriate safety standards (prevention of accidents).
Never remove the protective covers with the machine in operation.
Avoid overloading the machine, reducing the power whenever you feel the need.
If the machine is prepared for the type of product that will be crushed. Failure to follow these
observations and the Rules of Safety, Nogueira disclaims any liability for damage to machine or
operator.
