1.
Remove vacuum and all accessories from carton.
IMPORTANT! Open tank cover by pushing
latches or clamps outward with thumbs and
remove any accessories that may have been
shipped in the tank.
TOP HANDLE
If top handle is not
installed on your unit, align
holes in handle and holes
in motor cover and secure
with screws provided.
(See Figure 2)
METAL TANK WITH
PLASTIC DOLLY AND REAR WHEELS
1.
Locate two casters, two large rear wheels, one axle,
one tool rack and two cap nuts.
2. Assemble as follows:
a. Make sure the cord is disconnected from the
receptacle. Then, remove the tank cover.
b. Turn tank upside down so the bottom is facing up.
3. Place one hair pin clip
in one end of axle.
Slide one washer down
the length of the axle
to rest on the hair pin
clip. (See Figure 3)
4. Slide wheel onto axle
next to washer. Be sure
flat side of wheel hub is
facing outward.

5. Slide axle through
holes provided in tool
rack. (See Figure 5)

2. Assemble vacuum following the instructions below.
3. Depending on dry pick-up or wet pick-up operation,
install proper filter. (See page 5 for filter guide)
4. Replace cover and make sure latches or clamps
are secured over raised area of tank cover.
6. Slide remaining wheel
then washer onto axle.
Insert hair pin clip into
remaining hole in axle
to hold wheel in place.
(See Figure 6)

Install tool rack
assembly onto dolly
(already installed on
tank) by placing large
slot in tool rack over rim
on back of dolly. Push
tool rack onto dolly until
the bottom of tool rack
is flush with bottom of
dolly. (See Figure 7)
NOTE: It is normal
for tool rack to fit
tightly onto dolly.
8. Secure with four screws
provided. (See Figure 8)
9. If plastic flat washers
are included in
hardware pack, place
one flat washer over
stem of each ca ster.
NOTE: Flat washers are not required with all units.
10. Insert casters into front
of dolly by placing stem
of casters into holes
provided. Apply pressure
and twisting motion until
casters snap into place.

11. Return tank to upright
position.
