Problem
The LED is not blinking
while the PowerTank
10,000 mAh Portable
Charger & Power Pack
is being charged using
a laptop or desktop
computer.
There is no LED lighting
when the LED button (4) is
pressed.
The PowerTank 10,000
mAh Portable Charger &
Power Pack is not charging
the mobile device.
Cause & Correction
• Please check that the PC is in Power
Off or Sleep mode.
• The USB port may lack power. Please
disconnect all other devices using
USB ports.
• The PowerTank 10,000 mAh Portable
Charger & Power Pack is almost
empty. Please charge it.
• This may happen when short circuit
protection is active. For normal
operation, disconnect the PowerTank
10,000 mAh Portable Charger &
Power Pack with the cable first and
then charge the PowerTank 10,000
mAh Portable Charger & Power Pack
again.
