Problem
All LED indicator lights
keep blinking fast.
Cause & Correction
• This may occur due to undesirable
environmental temperatures or if the
outlet/port it is plugged into short
circuits.

The PowerTank 10,000 mAh
Portable Charger & Power Pack
does not operate optimally in
environments with temperatures that
are too low (below 5 °C [41 °F]) or
too high (above 35 °C [95 °F]).

The PowerTank 10,000 mAh
Portable Charger & Power Pack
will not operate optimally to inputs
or outputs with an overcurrent or
overvoltage.
• First disconnect the charger from the
PowerTank 10,000 mAh Portable
Charger & Power Pack and then
reconnect them.
If that doesn't work:
• Remove the PowerTank 10,000 mAh
Portable Charger & Power Pack from
the undesirable environment or outlet/
port. The unit should now perform
correctly. If it still will not operate
properly, press the LED button (4)
once.
• If the LED indicator lights keep blinking
fast under the normal circumstance,
contact the service center.
