EM10 Multi compartment oven
The EM10
The EM10 Multi compartment oven is designed to determine the
water content of wheat and semolina (and any other cereal).
The EM 10 is a referenced oven.
Principle
Each compartment of the EM10 is designed to enable strict
tempreature transmission to any product introduced.
A natural ventilation created by an air flow (intake through door
inlets and exhaust through ventilation chimneys) provides for fast
elimination of water steam emitted by the drying of samples.
