Q: Why is the Red light blinking?
A: This Red light is indicating that the battery pack needs to be
recharged. Disconnect the Controller from the heat pad and connect
it to the Adapter and recharge the battery pack for 4 hours or, until
the Green and 2 Blue lights are flashing indicating that the Mobile
PowerWrap is charged to 100%.
Q: While using the Mobile PowerWrap, the Red/Green lights are
flashing, why?
A: This is a built in feature to indicate that you are approaching Low
Battery Status and will soon need to recharge the battery pack, or
the pad has entered into it's Auto Shut-Off feature. Disconnect the
Controller from the heat pad and connect it to the Adapter and recharge
the battery pack for 4 hours or, until the Green and 2 Blue lights are
flashing indicating that the Mobile PowerWrap is charged to 100%.
Q: Is the Mobile PowerWrap machine washable?
A: Yes:
1. Disconnect the controller from the connector port on the pad by
removing connector. Do not pull by cord.
2. Machine wash pad in warm water on gentle cycle; tumble dry on
medium heat, and remove promptly from dryer. Or, hand wash in
warm water and line dry.
3. DO NOT plug in pad until completely dry.
Do not dry clean!
Do not use bleach!
Do not use wringer!
