ST EP 05
With the help of another person,
place the griddle unit on its wheels. Attach
the four (4) side shelf brackets to the sides of the body using eight (8) M6X15
screws. Use one left shelf bracket (a.) and one right shelf bracket (b.) as shown
in illustration below.

Place the griddle top on to the griddle body.
ST EP 07
Attach the lid handle to the griddle hood with two bezels and two (2) M6X12
screws. Then attach the hood to the griddle unit by using two (2) M6X20
screws, one (1) lid spacer, and one (1) M6 lock nut. Repeat on other side.
