Description of the Steambox System accessory
Thanks to the exclusive glass lid with silicone
seal from the Steambox System accessory, you
can steam cook food inside your oven.
Food can also be cooked in the traditional way,
if desired, without using the lid.
The Steambox System accessory also makes it
possible to cook various foods at the same time
by using the modular trays included.

Safety and cleaning advice
SAFETY
Do not leave any containers or food on the oven
floor. Always use the trays and racks supplied
with the oven.
To steam cook using the Steambox tray sys-
tem, insert the tray on the supports or remov-
able guides in the interior cavity as shown be-
low:
1. Between the two rails of the side supports or
on any of the extractable runners, if the oven
has them.
2. The tray has retention grooves to prevent
it from accidentally being removed. Place
these grooves towards the back of the oven,
facing downwards.
3. The tray has a tab at the front to facilitate its
removal. Place the tray with the tab facing
towards the outside of the oven.

positions 1 and 2 are recommended.
