Remove contents from box, verify all parts listed are present and free from damage. Carefully read and understand all instructions

Starting at the drivers side, remove the two factory bolts and the tow hook.( FIG 1) Note : the tow hooks cannot be reused withy
this application.

Take the drivers side frame mounting bracket , position the frame bracket onto the outside of the frame rail, attach to the frame
channel using two (item 6) M12 x 35MM hex head bolts, four (item 8) M12 flat washers, two (item 7) M12 lock washers, and
two (item 9) M12 hex nuts. Tighten hardware at this time.( FIG 2)

Repeat steps 3&4 for passenger side

Loosely attach the drivers side bull bar bracket to the bull bar using two (item 14) M8 x 25MM hex head bolts, two (item 15 ) M8
lock washers, and two (item 16) M8 flat washers. Center the bracket on the end of the bull bar tube and do not fully tighten at this
time. ( FIG 3) Repeat this step for the passenger side.

With help position the bull bar assembly up to the frame brackets, adjust bull bar brackets as needed. insert (item 13) M10 double
nut plate between the plastic bumper cover and the bull bar bracket ( FIG 4), bolt the bull bar bracket to the frame brackets using
four (item 14) M10 x 30MM hex head bolts, four (item 15) M10 lock washers, and four (item 16) M10 flat washers. Do not fully
tighten at this time. ( FIG 5)
8.
Level and adjust bull bar as needed and tighten all hardware at this time. Torque all M12 hardware to 45-50 ft lbs, M10 30-35 ft
lbs, and M8 20-25 ft lbs
