the evaporation hole. Line up the wick of The
Neutralizer Essential Oil cartridge and insert
upwards gently, making sure there is no contact
between the wick and inner wall of the EME.
Support the base of the cartridge throughout this
process until you hear a click.
4. Connect the device to the mains and turn the
power switch on.
5. If the power cable is damaged, it must be repaired
or replaced by the manufacturer or a member of
its after sales team. Visit the website to contact us.
6. Allow 30 minutes after connection to the mains
to check if the unit's top surface around the
evaporation hole is getting warmer. If it is not,
please contact the manufacturer.
7. Always ensure that the unit is kept in an upright
position to avoid spillage and leaks.
Removing The Neutralizer Essential
Oil cartridge
1. To remove The Neutralizer Essential Oil cartridge,
hold the complete kit with both hands ensuring
that the index fi ngers of both your hands are on
the exterior visible side of the inserted cartridge.
2. Make sure the kit is facing outwards, so that the
indentations are facing away from you.
