Maintenance instructions.

Keep the air drill safe by regular preventative maintenance.
⚫
Every day, maintain the air supply according to the component manufacturers'
instructions. Maintain the lubricator's oil level. Drain the moisture filter regularly.
Performing routine air supply maintenance will allow the tool to operate more safely
and will also reduce wear on the tool.

Quarterly (every 3 months) – tool Disassembly, Cleaning, and inspection:
Have the internal mechanism cleaned, inspected, and lubricated by a qualified
technician. If the vanes need replacement, replace them all as a set.

Lubricate the tool only with specified lubricants. Lubricate the air inlet using only
pneumatic tool oil. Lubricate the internal mechanism using only white lithium grease.
Other lubricants may damage the mechanism and may be highly flammable, causing
an explosion.
If the tool need service. Please connect the nearby service station or manufacturer.

Check the speed and make a simple check of the vibration level after each service.
⚫
Check the speed regularly.
⚫
Disposal of the tool properly so as not to expose personnel and the environment to
hazard.
Precautions: Avoid exposure to hazardous substances deposited (due to work processes)
on the tool.
Note: Skin exposure to hazardous dust can cause severe dermatitis, if dust is generated
or disturbed during the maintenance procedure, it can be inhaled.
