Verify that the Ratchet buckle operates properly by using the ratchet handle, verify the rolling-
up and tensioning system. Make sure that the tension release system operate properly by using
the release handle.
I.D label :

Make sure that the I.D label is present and readable.
Carrier bag :

Check the condition of the carrier bag, it should not be damaged at all. Make sure that the bag
is attached properly to the webbing of the temporary life line.

Evaluate the overall condition of the product according to the above checkpoints and the
visual aspect of the product.
