WARNING
Do not exceed maximum load capacity.
Keep the area under the forks clear from objects and body parts.
Ensure that the tire/wheel assembly is stable, tied and well supported before moving.
Lower the tire/wheel assembly completely before transporting.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
PROBLEMS
Fork lifting or lowering does not
work or works irregularly.
Batteries do not charge.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Uncharged batteries.
Exceeds maximum load capacity.
Fuses
Engine overheating
Emergency Stop button is activated.
Defective battery.
Non functioning battery charger.
Fuses
Batteries are completely exhausted.
Emergency Stop button is activated.
SOLUTIONS
Charge the batteries.
Remove the tire/wheel assembly and
operate the device again.
Verify the 30A fuse.
Replace if necessary.
Wait for engine to cool down.
Disengage the Emergency Stop
button.
Verify batteries' voltage (2 x 12 V)
Verify all connections between
batteries and control board.
Verify the 30A fuse.
Replace if necessary.
Replace the batteries.
Disengage the Emergency Stop
button.
