REMEDIAL ACTION(S)
Check water level
Allow pump to cool down
Check installation, reduce suction head if
necessary
Exchange by qualified personnel
Reduce delivery head
Clean the impeller, see illustration

Start pump several times
Check water level and suction line
Eliminate leakage (air leaks are often water-
tight, i.e. "invisible"!)
Eliminate leakage (e.g. seal screw connections
properly).
Fit the non-return valve
Check and replace non-return valve
Open the shut-off valve completely and use
a hose with a larger diameter of min. ¾"
Install pressure line without bends and stop-
cock min. 1m away

the plug disconnected
